Day One -- Saturday 6 September

Teachers and organizers arrive in Wadowice, spend late afternoon - evening together informally, getting acquainted over dinner, and stay at a local bed & breakfast.

Day Two -- Sunday 7 September

The staff travel together to the camp location (Ponikiew). We meet in the afternoon for any remaining organizational or orientation issues. Students arrive by late afternoon. Everyone enjoys together a welcome BBQ/campfire and brief orientation.

Day Three -- Monday 8 September

First full day of class sessions. Each session is one hour -- two in the morning, two in the afternoon. Between breakfast and the first session, we may have guest speakers or other special presentations.

We have four "class periods" and four teachers (discussion leaders), so we divide the students into four groups. Every hour, the student groups move to a different teacher (like US high school). Each teacher leads a similar discussion with each group, and varies the topics from day to day.

Day Four -- Tuesday 9 September

Second day of classes. This might actually be only half day, with the afternoon devoted to a tour to see the local sights; the afternoon discussion groups would be made up another day.

Day Five -- Wednesday 10 September

Third day of classes. This might be a full day, or another half day consisting of the discussions remaining from Day Four. A free afternoon could be used to prepare for debates. Evening activities include debates, movies, campfires, and informal music-making.

Day Six -- Thursday 11 September

Fourth day of classes. Since this is the final full day together, we will have a closing program in the evening, including a BBQ, campfire, talent show, and awards.

Day Seven -- Friday 12 September

Breakfast and departure.
